sxsw2010: Colin Munroe

looking at the showcase list for the 112th time, i just noticed colin munroe’s name…i’ll have to add this to the list of shows i won’t be seeing…

this canadian first hit most peoples radar when he viraled a remix of Kanye West’s “Flashing Lights”…honestly he didn’t hit my radar until he later did this cover of U2’s “Sunday Bloody Sunday”…i freaking love cover songs(when done right) and fell in love! there’s a lot of commercial success potential here and he seems to have a strong team of industry supporters to assure him of it.
